The roofing sheets we offer are among the most versatile, adaptable, and robust roofing materials on the market. Constructed from high-quality steel in a corrugated box profile form, they boast exceptional durability, strength, and longevity, making them ideal for a wide range of roofing and cladding projects, including agricultural structures, commercial garden sheds, parking shelters, and residential homes.
We supply three designs of Profile/Corrugated Sheets in various colors, utilizing Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel and Aluminum coils, commonly known as PPGI and PPAL. These profiles feature an easy-to-install overlapping system that ensures leak-proof performance and provides excellent protection against the elements. Our product comes complete with Curves, Ridge Caps, Flashing, and Angles, facilitating a straightforward installation process. Primary uses for single skin profile sheets include Roofing, Wall Cladding, Liner Sheets for Standing Seam Systems, Fencing, Hoarding, and Advertising Boards.
Material Specifications:
- Galvanized (GI) & Aluzinc (AZ) coated profile sheets ranging from 0.25mm to 0.90mm thick, meeting ASTM A653 standards for GI and ASTM A792 standards for Alu Zinc. Other grades are available upon request.
- Aluminum Profile Sheets are available in thicknesses ranging from 0.40mm to 2.00mm, with alloy A3105-H16 temper supplied as standard. Other alloys and tempers can be provided upon request.
- The surface is coated with baked regular modified enamel polyester (RMP), featuring a 5-micron primer and 20-micron coat on the weathering side, and a 5/7-micron primer on the reverse. Additionally, PVDF, Plastisol, and special coatings are available upon client request.
